hornsAplenty are proud to announce a new association with B&S GmbH, the manufacturers of Hans Hoyer horns.
We will initially be selling all the ex-demo horns from their Marknuekirchen operation, and some new instruments. Future developments will depend upon how well these fine and competitively-priced horns sell. Any such developments will be announced here.
Current stock includes 3 triple horns, 2 F/Bb doubles and two descants, one a truly wonderful and beautiful single F alto. Full details can be found in the specific adverts for each instrument. Our standard terms of business will apply to these sales, including our full 3-year guarantee and a hard case. Instruments can be 'Wiltshired' at additional cost.
And finally, INTRODUCING THE NEW G10 - Hans Hoyer's Geyer clone: this is a wonderful, free-blowing horn which is an almost exact copy of an original Carl Geyer design - yes, the great man grew up and was trained in Markneukirchen, only a few minutes walk from where the state-of-the-art Hans Hoyer workshops are still located.
You can read more about the G10 here.
Or, better still, come and try it! This wonderful horn is here, now at hornsAplenty - and they don't cost a fortune...

We are the premier venue for used, professional-quality French horn sales worldwide. Congratulations – if you want to buy a fully reconditioned, used French horn, you’ve come to the right place!
We sell French horns - and only French horns (apart from ToneBlobs and Absent Soloists CDs, that is). We specialise in high end French horns from manufacturers such as Paxman, Alexander, Yamaha, Engelbert Schmid, Holton, Hoyer, Knopf... and we sometimes have rarities, like the odd Rauch or Lewis or maybe an original Geyer or CF Schmidt, maybe even a Raoux...

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
We are as responsible as practicality allows (and legislation requires) with our carbon footprint, and we keep our waste to a minimum, recycling everything we can including viable cardboard boxes, bubble-wrap and void fill. |
