 This is a beautiful 1963 vintage Alexander 103 full F/Bb double horn in unlacquered gold brass with a screw bell. It has had one professional owner who has now retired. It's in superb condition - it has been extremely well maintained - and plays beautifully. I'll say it again: beautifully!It makes a bright yet warm sound, has a fantastic mid-range legato facility and a clear, clarion high register. The low register is fat and meaty. A very fine playing vintage example of Alexander's flagship F/Bb double, this instrument will make someone very happy. MUCH better than the later instruments... £POA
