 Many players actually prefer these to the Geyer originals of which they're copies; many players also prefer them to the super-high-quality Geyer copies, like the Lewis, of which one hears so much.And when you play one, it's easy to see why: they have super-excellent high ranges, they're free-blowing across all registers, they make an exciting, yet 'pert' sound (exactly the 'Chicago' sound), and they all but play themselves. Taking all this into account, it's surprising more people don't play them, particularly when you consider what excellent value for money they are. This specimen is in excellent condition, and plays like new. It's fantastic. 'Nuff said! £POA |
