You need JavaScript enabled to view it or phone +44 (0)1452 536 264 for further information  This is Yamaha's version of the Geyer style double horn: with a medium bell and the change valve after the main valve block in the airflow travel, these horns produce a bright, 'perky,' neat kind of sound and are very popular with players who follow the famous Geyer style horns but want something comparatively inexpensive.They're very easy to play - well slotted, free-blowing and with excellent intonation - and they do make excellent first professional quality doubles. This one is in great condition - in lacquered yellow brass and with a detachable bell and high quality Yamaha flat, hard case - and plays really very nicely. There are a couple of minor blemishes - it's a used horn, after all - but nothing which is at all troubling. A nice, easy to play first professional quality double. £POA |
